All sales are final with no refunds or exchanges. Hanuman Festival will take place rain or shine. All advertised instructors and artists have confirmed their appearance at Hanuman Festival. Acts and schedules are subject to change without notice.

Waiver of Liability: 

There are serious risks associated with any physical activity, including the practice of yoga. By participating in any classes, workshops or other activities at the Hanuman Festival, you represent that you are in reasonable physical condition and have no medical condition which would prevent your participation in such activities; you acknowledge and assume all risk of injuries or damages, whether known or unknown; and you knowingly and voluntarily waive all claims against Hanuman Festival LLC, BVSD, City of Boulder, Hanuman Ventures LLC, as well as their subsidiaries, employees, volunteers, instructors, and agents, for any injuries or damages that you may sustain as a result of participating in such activities.

Photo and Video Release:

By participating in Hanuman Festival, you consent to having your photo and/or video taken and agree to allow Hanuman Festival to use the same for promotional purposes.
