FAQs

Below are a list of common FAQs. Visit https://hanumanfestival.com/faq/ for additional details.

How do I receive my pass when I get to registration?

  • It will be a similar flow to prior years...Passholders will bring their photo ID and e-ticket to onsite registration. Registration will have the list with attendees/type of pass purchased. Once matched, you will receive credentials (wristband) for the weekend.

When can I register for individual classes?

  • We will not require pre-registration for classes. Due to a limited number of passes, we saw the opportunity to simplify the process and allow passholders to attend classes of their choice, in the moment, as the weekend progresses. The old system charged for schedule changes and we wanted to allow more freedom.

I purchased a morning immersion pass but want to take the afternoon session. What should I do?

Do I need a parking Pass?

  • Yes, if you are driving a car to the festival you will need to purchase a parking pass. We only have 150 spots available and are charging $20 per day. Thus, we

Will there be a shuttle from Boulder?

  • Yes, we have secured a shuttle service. The shuttle will leave from downtown Boulder at 7:00am and leave back the farm at 9:30pm on Friday and Saturday. The shuttle will leave the farm at 5:00pm on Sunday.
  • Space is by reservation. You may purchase shuttle tickets here

Are refunds available?

  • As per the ticketing agreement, all sales are final with no refunds available. Though, we give the option to transfer tickets to someone else. The 2022 3-day pass is priced at $595. You may try to sell the pass via the Hanuman Family facebook group:  https://www.facebook.com/groups/hanumanfamily/

When will the class schedule be released?

  • Our class schedule will be released by mid June.
  • As per our previous email...we will not be requiring pre-registration for individual classes this year

Where is the farm?

  • The farm is located at 9417 N. Foothills Pkwy, Longmont, CO 80503
  • It is north of Boulder along the road between Boulder and Lyons approximately ten minutes from north Boulder.
  • The drive is beautiful as you pass over rolling hills along the foothills of the Rockies

Is the village free to the public?

  • Due to Boulder County regulations, as well as parking limitations, we are unable to open the festival to the general community this year. While we’ll miss the vibrancy and inclusivity of inviting the public in for community events, the upside is that the smaller number of people creates an opportunity to deepen connections as you immerse yourself in a highly transformational weekend on sacred, beautiful land at the base of the Rocky Mountains.

Is dinner included?

  • Yes, dinner is included with your 3-day festival pass on Friday and Saturday. Brunch will be included on Sunday. Single day passes will also include a meal on their specific day. This is new for 2022 and our intention was for everyone to have dinner together. We'd like to see attendees having dinner with teachers, farmers and climate experts all in the setting of community.

Do I need to bring lunch?

  • You may pack a lunch. Though, we will have yummy food trucks on-site to purchase lunch and snacks.

What happened to your instagram account?

  • Unfortunately, the Hanuman Festival instagram page was hacked last week. We are trying our best to resolve this but are unable to make progress or get into our account. If anyone has a connection to instagram please connect with us.
  • We are creating a new page: https://www.instagram.com/hanumancommunity/
  • In the meantime, please refer to and join our Hanuman Family facebook group for any social media updates. https://www.facebook.com/groups/hanumanfamily/

Why are you addressing climate change at the festival?

  • The collective has gone through so much in the past two years. The pandemic divided our community and that brought us much sadness. We saw an opportunity to unite the community by giving attention to climate consciousness and farming, plus authentic relating. Our hope is to help the community come together.

Why did you move the festival to the farm?

  • Our world has changed since the pandemic. As we were in preparation for this year's festival we had concerns about the old festival site. It has always been our intention to provide safe and sacred space for attendees and we no longer were able to provide those elements within the old location.
  • The farm was an equestrian center with 100 acres. You'll see wide open spaces and mature trees. They had also refurbished the barn to be a space for events. Once we walked on the land, we knew that it would be ideal for Hanuman.

Why the new dates?

  • Organizing the festival had us in conversations and negotiations with Boulder County planners and the farm. Unfortunately the old dates were unavailable and July was when we had the opportunity to present the festival.

Is there camping on the festival grounds?

  • We were not given a permit this year via Boulder county. Though, we will try again next year and hope to offer camping then

Are you making the festival more intimate?

  • Yes, we are limiting numbers to 300 per day. The festival site will only be for passholders. We felt the intimate nature of having a smaller event allows us to have deeper connections with community. Think of it as between a festival and a retreat. We hope you like it!
